Every new member starts with Starting Strong so you can get familiar with the space, align your programme with your goals, and settle into a routine that suits how you like to train.
Start with a Free 30-Minute Session
Come in and experience what it’s like to work one-to-one with a coach. I’ll guide you through a simple, practical introduction to barbell training — usually focusing on one lift — show you how the equipment works, and help you get a feel for how I coach and how the gym operates. It’s a relaxed, hands-on way to see if this approach fits you.
If it’s a good fit, your first month begins with Starting Strong 1:1 — four personal training sessions over 30 days, a personalised introductory programme, online coaching support between sessions, and full 24/7 access included while you settle in. It’s everything you need to start strong, worth over £350, available for just £130.
What Comes After Starting Strong
After your Starting Strong 1:1 month, you’ll know the gym, the setup, and how you like to train. From here, choose how you’d like to continue — 24/7 independent access, programming with online coaching, or regular in-person sessions. Join the gym →
