Cancellation Policy
1. Session Booking & Allotment a) Booking platform: All sessions must be booked via the Members’ Area on my website. b) Booking window: Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance and no later than 48 hours before the start time. c) Credits & limits (1:1 PT): Your subscription provides 4, 8 or 12 credits per month. Credits roll over and remain valid for 12 months from issue. You may book up to 3 sessions per week by default; higher weekly use may be approved by me case-by-case. Booking fewer sessions is fine; unused credits stay banked until expiry. d) Starting Strong: 1:1: Includes two sessions, which must be booked and completed within 30 days. (Your 30-day gym access begins after Session 2.) e) Ad hoc 1:1: Individually purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. f) Recommended schedule: Please follow the training schedule we’ve agreed when booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling a) Client cancellations: You may cancel online up to 48 hours before the session. b) Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. c) Late, missed, or same-day: The credit is forfeited. d) Emergencies: Genuine emergencies will be considered at my discretion; otherwise standard timeframes apply. 3. Trainer-Initiated Changes If I must cancel or move a session (illness/unforeseen circumstances), I’ll offer an alternative time. If nothing suitable is available, I’ll return the credit (not a refund) or offer a one-off alternative slot. 4. Waitlist If a session is full, you may join the waitlist (max 2 people). If a slot opens, you’ll have 30 minutes to claim it via the Wix app before it’s offered to the next person. 5. General a) Credit handling: Credits are deducted on attendance or when forfeited under this policy. Banked credits remain usable while valid. b) Supplementary terms: This policy sits alongside my main Terms & Conditions (liability, health, membership rules, etc.). c) Your responsibility: Book only when you can attend, keep your health info up to date, and tell me promptly if your circumstances change.
