Cancellation Policy

1. Session Booking & Allotment a) Booking Platform: All sessions must be booked via the members’ area on my website. b) Booking Window: Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance, with the latest booking permitted 48 hours before the session starts. c) Group Capacity: Each session is delivered to up to 6 clients. An individual may not reserve additional spaces for others. d) Session Limit: Package clients are allocated either 2 or 3 sessions per week (as agreed) and must not exceed this limit. Unused sessions do not roll over between weeks or months. Ad-hoc clients may purchase extra sessions individually, which must be used within 6 months. e) Recommended Schedule: You are advised to adhere to the training schedule discussed with me, when booking sessions. 2. Cancellations & Emergencies a) Client Cancellations: You may cancel your booking online up to 48 hours before the session starts. b) Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the session starts. c) Emergencies: Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Otherwise, cancellations or rescheduling within these timeframes will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund. 3. Trainer-Initiated Changes a) Should I need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative slot will be offered via the booking system. If no suitable slot is available, a one-off session outside the system or a credit (in lieu of a refund) will be provided. 4. Waitlist Policy a) For fully booked sessions, you may join a waitlist (with a maximum of 2 additional clients). If a slot becomes available, it will be held for 30 minutes via the booking system. Failure to claim the slot within that period will result in it being offered to the next waitlisted client. 5. General Reminders a) No Rollover & Package Integrity: Package sessions must be used within the designated period; sessions cannot be accumulated for later use or exceed your weekly allocation. b) Supplementary Terms: These policies complement my main Terms & Conditions, which cover liability, health, and general membership rules. c) Responsibility: Please ensure your booking reflects your current availability and health status. If circumstances change, notify me promptly.
